01 / THE SERVICE
Start with the symptom
You do not need to know which component has failed to request an assessment from a real provider. Explain what you see, hear or notice and when it happens. Useful observations help a professional choose a starting point without prematurely deciding the repair.
02 / THE SERVICE
Make room for uncertainty
A telephone conversation or website guide cannot replace an on-site diagnosis. Ask what is known, what needs testing and how the price may change if the investigation reveals something different.
Common questions
Service questions, answered.
Why does a toilet keep running?
A worn seal, fill-valve issue or another tank component can allow water to keep moving. A running toilet can waste water without causing a puddle. Diagnosis should identify the actual fault.
Why does a shower temperature change?
Possible explanations include demand, a mixing-valve issue or a heater problem. Whether other fixtures are affected is useful information, but it does not identify the cause on its own.
Can a camera tell me everything about a sewer line?
No. Access, water, obstructions and the camera view can limit findings. Ask what portion was inspected and what remains unconfirmed.
Is every leak under a floor a slab leak?
No. Water can move from another source. The supply or drain system and the source need confirmation.
What should a written quote include?
The diagnosis or assumptions, proposed work, equipment if applicable, access and restoration responsibilities, exclusions and any required permit or inspection arrangements.
Can I book Atlas Plumbing?
No. Atlas Plumbing does not provide plumbing services. The scheduling flow is for practice and does not create appointments or customer communications.
